A father who is not a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church has enrolled two more of his children in the Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs at Bela Vista Adventist Church, after watching the growth and discipline of his first child in the club's activities.

All three, one Pathfinder and two Adventurers, were invested with the official club scarf during Global Adventurer and Pathfinder Day celebrations at the church. The ceremony was led by Pastor Daniel Kanivete, Youth Ministries Director of the South-Western Angola Mission.

The scarf is a symbol of identity, commitment, and service for members of the Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs. For the family, it marked the beginning of a new stage for all three children.

Church leaders said the decision reflects how club ministry can reach beyond the congregation, building trust between the Church and families in the wider community. For this father, the decision came from what he had observed in his own child.
