The Courtyards of Hope conferences ran from 3–9 May, concluding with baptismal services on Saturday, 9 May. The campaign represents one of the district's largest coordinated evangelistic efforts to date.
One hundred and fourteen people were baptised in the Centralidade District of Cuito on Saturday, 9 May, following a week of simultaneous evangelistic meetings held across 42 locations throughout the area.
The Courtyards of Hope conferences ran in parallel across the district before culminating in baptismal services administered by Pastor Severiano Chicolomuenho, district pastor of Centralidade Cuito, and Pastor Azevedo Chipindo of the Centro Cuito District.
The coordinated outreach with 42 venues operating simultaneously reflected a deliberate strategy of bringing the gospel directly into communities and neighbourhoods across Cuito.
Pastor Chicolomuenho said the scale of the response affirmed the impact of taking evangelism directly to where people live.
