During the 61st Session of the General Conference held in St Louis in Missouri in USA, Dr Harrington Akombwa was elected as the new Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division President.  During the 61st Session of the General Conference held in St Louis in Missouri in USA, Dr Harrington Akombwa was elected as the new Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division President. Dr Akombwa takes over from Dr Solomon Maphosa, who was serving as the SID President.

Previously Dr Akombwa served as the President of Southern Zambia Union Conference and recently as one of the SID Vice Presidents. During the same Session, Pastor Gideon Reyneke was re-elected as the SID Executive Secretary and Pastor Hopekings Ngomba as the SID CFO. More to follow…
