Eighty-seven young Adventists spent 15 days of their school holidays going door to door across the Menongue neighbourhoods of Tchivonde, Pandera, Saúde, and Kalupassse. The campaign closed with 31 people baptised in the waters of the Cuebe River.

The volunteers took part under the Caleb Mission, an Adventist youth programme in which young people give up part of their school holidays for intensive periods of community outreach and evangelism.

The campaign's reach was substantial. Across the neighbourhoods, 959 people received Bible studies and 328 home visits were carried out. The volunteers prayed with 999 people, provided spiritual and emotional support to 232 residents, and gave material assistance to 195 individuals.

The baptismal service at the Cuebe River drew the campaign to a close, with songs, prayers, and testimonies accompanying the 31 candidates into the water.

The new members were welcomed by the local Adventist congregation under Pastor Emanuel Lukamba. Addressing those baptised, Pastor Lukamba encouraged them not to remain bound by their past but to stand firm in Christ, making Scripture the foundation of their Christian journey.

For the volunteers themselves, organisers said the fifteen days brought their own lessons, that evangelism extends beyond preaching into listening, serving, and responding to the practical needs of the people they met.
